My balance was so poor; it kept me from doing the things I love. Now I have confidence to walk my dogs again and go out with my husband without needing a cane.
Chris is phenomenal to work with and is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I had a cracked vertebrae in my back that I had been dealing with for 16 months. In four months working with Chris (and sometimes Nate) he helped me get from not being able to bend over without pain, to fully mobility with no issues. As a former D1 football player, Chris's level of knowledge and care exceeds that of what I had in college. If you have an injury, definitely come here.
I now have more stability and mobility which gives me more power, more consistency, and more accuracy.
